Who we are
We believe there should not be any compromises. Dental and orthopedic implants have to be simple to place, durable and safe. For patients, as well as doctors.
ADVANTIQX stands up for this vision.
Today our experienced team of scientists, implantologists, engineers, technicians, microbiologists, computer scientists and industry experts do research and develop future-oriented implant systems.
Our story
The idea for developing a new revolutionary implant system originates from experience in everyday practice. Dr. Johannes Scherer has been working as an implantologist for 18 years and has been working with different implant systems since then.
All these systems have advantages, but also flaws, that make it necessary to compromise now and then. This is why Dr. Scherer began to research. In 2016 this resulted in starting the company ADVANTIQX – for implantology without compromisses.
Now we are a fast growing startup and since 2019 we have been funded by the German Federal Ministry of Education and Research for our project “IdentiTI”.
Since 2022, we are also funded through the international IraSME project “DIAMOND” by the German Federal Ministry of Economic Affairs and Climate Protection.
